Our Approach
A house like Pengowen sells on feeling, its age, its character, the privacy of the grounds, and that's hard to capture in a quick clip. So we led with an agent-led tour that gives the property room to breathe: time to walk the house, tell its history and let a buyer picture living there, which matters most for anyone considering it from a distance. Alongside it, a short reel does the opposite job, condensing the best of Pengowen into something fast enough to stop a scroll and pull new buyers toward the full tour.

The short-form reel takes the best of the house and cuts it to move, quick, rhythmic and made for the way people actually scroll. It's the piece that stops a thumb mid-feed and points people toward the full tour, built to travel across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
