Social Media Cut
Our Approach
One film can't do two jobs. A buyer ready to view wants depth and time to take everything in; a buyer scrolling their feed needs to be stopped in three seconds. Rather than force one video to do both, we split the work, a long-form tour to sell the apartment in full, and a short social cut to get it in front of as many buyers as possible. Two films, each built for a different moment in the buyer's journey.
Social Media Cut
The short-form social cut is faster and built for reach: designed to catch attention and draw viewers to the listing on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Hydes ran it across their Instagram.
Cinematic Property Film
The long-form house tour follows the flat in the order you'd actually walk it, so the space unfolds room by room: from the tiled entrance hall through the open-plan living, dining and kitchen, into the conservatory. It's paced for buyers who want the full picture, including those viewing from a distance. Hydes used it on the property listing and portals.
